Delete Your Account
My Flight Pay
You can delete your My Flight Pay account directly from within the app. Account deletion is permanent and removes all of your personal data from our systems.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the My Flight Pay app on your device.
- Navigate to the More tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Profile & Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page to the Danger Zone section.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm your identity by entering your password.
- Tap Delete to permanently remove your account.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account information — name, email address, employee ID, crew base, seniority date, and profile image
- Authentication data — password, sessions, and verification codes
- Flight schedules and trips — all imported and synced trip data, duty periods, and flight records
- Activities and sick events — all non-flight work activities and sick time records
- Pay and financial data — pay rate, subscription information, and Stripe customer data
- Documents — any generated PDF reports or uploaded documents
- Notifications and messages — all notifications, replies, and feedback submissions
- Schedule lookup data — favorites, blocks, and opt-out preferences
- Sync history — all raw sync data and import logs
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all associated data is immediately and irreversibly removed from our systems. There is no recovery process.
